How it works
How we run your Custom AI Solutions.
Most clients are live in 2 to 3 weeks. Full optimization takes 30 to 60 days as we learn from real leads.
- 1
Step 01
Process audit
We sit with your team, map where the hours go and find the repetitive work worth automating first.
- 2
Step 02
Roadmap
You get a short, prioritized plan: what to build, what it saves and what it connects to.
- 3
Step 03
Build and integrate
We build the agents, automations and internal tools, connected to the software you already use.
- 4
Step 04
Train and hand over
We train your team, watch the first weeks closely and keep improving the system as you use it.

What we report on
The numbers you'll see every week.
Every Custom AI Solutions report leads with booked calls, then shows the numbers that explain them.
- Hours saved per week
- Measured against how long the task took before, not estimated.
- Tasks handled end to end
- Work the system finished without a person stepping in.
- Exceptions
- Cases the system flagged for a person, and why. Fewer over time is the goal.
- Adoption
- Who on your team uses it each week. A tool nobody opens saves nothing.
- Time to change
- Days from a request to the change being live.
- Cost per task
- Model and hosting costs per job, so you know it's cheaper than the old way.
Most custom builds run inside StrideOps, so you get one login and we can ship changes in days.

Agents or automations: what to build
Not everything needs an AI agent. If a task follows the same steps every time, like moving a form into the CRM or sending a weekly report, a plain automation is cheaper, faster and easier to trust.
Agents earn their place where judgment is involved: reading an email and deciding what it's about, summarizing a call, drafting a reply, or picking the next step when the inputs vary. Most of our builds mix the two, with the agent making decisions and the automation doing the reliable heavy lifting.
Keeping a person in the loop
Anything that talks to a customer, moves money or changes a record your team relies on gets an approval step at first. The system drafts, a person approves, and every action is logged so you can see what happened and why.
As the work proves reliable, approvals can be relaxed one step at a time. You decide where that line sits.
Your first 90 days
What happens, and when.
Most clients are live in 2 to 3 weeks. This is the usual order of work after the strategy call.
Week 1
Process audit
We sit with your team and map where the hours go, step by step, including the parts that live in one person's head.
Week 2
Roadmap
A short, ranked plan: what to build first, what it saves, what it connects to and what could go wrong.
Weeks 3 to 6
First build in production
The highest-value automation ships first and runs on real work, with a person approving anything customer-facing.
Days 30 to 60
Next items
The next builds on the roadmap ship in stages, so you get value early instead of waiting for one big launch.
Days 60 to 90
Train and hand over
Your team gets training and written docs, and we keep monitoring and improving what's live.

They've consistently been able to help me achieve at least 10 booked appointments on my calendar for both of my businesses separately every week for the last six months.
Jacob SnitmanBurke FinancialI don't usually do testimonials for people but we've been able to generate a tremendous amount of additional monthly income with Executive Stride. Their team is super supportive and basically hand you results on a silver platter.
Franky ShawFutrGroupI can personally attribute over $20k/mo of additional monthly income to Josh and the team at Executive Stride with their LinkedIn strategies alone. If you're not working with them I don't know what you're doing.
Stephen GomesRealtor Media LeadsGetting leads is fantastic, we have a small team and actually had too much coming in and I had to reel it back a little bit, which is a good problem to have.
Jacob SherrardElvt Marketing SolutionsSince working with Josh and his team at Executive Stride for three weeks, we have been able to book 35 qualified leads and closed 11 leads by using their LinkedIn system

Custom AI Solutions questions, answered.
Anything else, ask us on the call.
- What kinds of work can you automate?
- Call summaries, lead routing, follow-up, reporting, data entry, document drafting, onboarding steps and more. If a task follows rules and repeats, it's usually a candidate.
- Do we need to replace our software?
- Usually not. We connect to what you already use. Most builds run inside StrideOps, so your team gets one login on top of your existing tools.
- How long does a build take?
- It depends on scope. Small automations can ship in days. Larger systems are built in stages so you get value early instead of waiting for one big launch.
- What happens when something breaks?
- We monitor what we build and fix issues as they come up. Because most builds run on StrideOps, changes ship in days, not months.
- Is our data used to train AI models?
- The model providers we build on don't train on data sent through their business APIs by default. We also limit what each system can see to what the task needs.
- What if a better model comes out?
- We switch. Builds aren't tied to one provider, so moving a task to a newer or cheaper model is usually a small change.
