What Executive Stride is
Executive Stride is an AI-powered growth agency founded in 2019 by Josh Pocock. It builds and runs AI sales systems for small and mid-sized businesses: voice and SMS appointment setters, paid advertising, outreach, search and content. Those systems run on StrideOps, the platform the team built and uses in its own business, which brings a CRM, AI voice agents, follow-up automation and reporting together in one place. The team is fully remote and works with clients across the United States by phone and email, with no physical office. Executive Stride has served 400+ clients across 20+ industries and holds a 4.8 star rating.

The hockey kid
Josh grew up wanting to play in the NHL. It didn't happen. What stuck was a decision: nobody else would control his income.
Door to door at 16
His first month selling door to door was twelve-hour days and zero sales. He kept knocking, finished as the number one rep, and ended up running the company's top team.
The agency years
Ecommerce stores taught him ads and SEO. Utopian Marketing taught him what happens when you sell everything to everyone. So he built one system that worked: Executive Stride, 400+ clients later.
All in on AI
In 2024 he rebuilt the agency around AI and scaled it past $50K a month. Then the team built StrideOps so the whole business could run on it.
