Google ads for med spas
Google Ads for Med Spas
Google ads for med spas catch the patient who has already decided to look into a treatment and is choosing between three clinics within driving distance. The click is expensive, the competition is bidding on the same four words, and the clinic that answers the phone during treatment hours wins a disproportionate share of them.

Example text conversation between Ava, an AI assistant for Glow Aesthetics, and a lead named Jess.
- Ava (AI): Hi Jess, this is Ava, the AI assistant for Glow Aesthetics. Thanks for reaching out about Botox. Is this your first time, or have you had it before?
- Jess: First time. Mostly the lines between my eyebrows. How much is it?
- Ava (AI): Good question. Price depends on how many units your injector recommends, so you'll get an exact number at your consult. First visits take about 30 minutes.
- Jess: Ok. Anything this week?
- Ava (AI): Yes. Thursday at 5:30 PM or Saturday at 11:00 AM with Kim, our nurse injector. Which is better?
- Jess: Saturday!
- Ava (AI): You're booked for Saturday at 11:00 AM. I'll send a short intake form and a reminder the day before.
Booked: Botox consult, Saturday, 11:00 AM, With Kim, nurse injector.
Offers
Offers that get patients to raise a hand.
The offer is the ad. We pick one per campaign, test it against a second, and keep whichever books more appointments.
- 01
A consult, credited
A consult fee that comes off the first treatment filters out browsers without turning away the people who are simply nervous.
- 02
One treatment per campaign
Botox, filler, laser hair removal and body contouring are different buyers with different budgets. One campaign each, one page each.
- 03
Seasonal timing
Laser before summer, resurfacing in the fall. The season gives the ad a reason to act now that does not involve discounting.
- 04
A new device or injector
Genuine news, and the only offer on this list that does not cost margin. Lead with it and release early consult slots.
After the click
From ad to booked in minutes.
Ads only pay when someone books. This is what happens to every lead, at 2 PM or 2 AM. It's our speed to lead system on AI appointment setters.
- 1
Call, form or DM
The same patient may ring, fill in a form and message your Instagram within the hour. All three land in one place.
- 2
Answered during treatment hours
An AI agent replies in seconds while the front desk is in a room, which is when most of these inquiries arrive.
- 3
Qualified gently
First time or returning, which area they are asking about, and the general questions answered from copy you approved. No medical advice.
- 4
Consult booked
Into your booking software against real openings, with the intake form sent and a reminder the day before.
Creative
Angles we test first.
Real people and real work beat stock photos. We produce the rest with AI and ship fresh creative every week, before the old ads wear out.
Price, handled honestly
Price is the first search and the first question. Say what sets it, say they get an exact number at the consult, and stop pretending the question was not asked.
Your injector, not a stock model
The patient is choosing a person to put a needle in their face. Show the provider, their credentials and the room.
A page per treatment
Downtime, aftercare and before-and-afters differ by treatment. A single services page pays for every click and converts the easiest one.
Call and message extensions
A lot of this traffic would rather text than ring a clinic. Give them both and answer both the same way.
Before you launch
Rules we build around
- Health and beauty claims are policed by Google and by the FTC. No before-and-afters implying guaranteed results, no medical claims the provider would not make, and nothing that promises an outcome.
- Prescription treatments have their own advertising rules, which vary by state and by the drug. Your medical director approves the copy before it runs.
- Never quote a per-unit price in an ad. Units are decided by the injector at the consult, and a number in the ad becomes an argument at the front desk.
- Patient information belongs in your booking system, not in ad platform audiences. Do not upload patient lists for targeting.
Calls and texts only go to people who opted in on your form. How consent works.

What we report on
What your Google Ads report shows.
Booked appointments first, then the numbers that explain them.
- Impression share on money searches
- How often you show up for the searches that turn into jobs. Low share means you're losing buyers to competitors.
- Search terms blocked
- The irrelevant searches we exclude every week, so budget only goes to people who can buy.
- Call answer rate
- Paid calls answered by your team or the voice agent. A missed paid call is wasted spend.
- Cost per call and form
- Spend per conversion, split by campaign and search.
- Cost per booked call
- The number every bid and budget change is judged against.
- Revenue per ad dollar
- Closed jobs imported back from your CRM against spend.

They've consistently been able to help me achieve at least 10 booked appointments on my calendar for both of my businesses separately every week for the last six months.
Jacob SnitmanBurke FinancialI don't usually do testimonials for people but we've been able to generate a tremendous amount of additional monthly income with Executive Stride. Their team is super supportive and basically hand you results on a silver platter.
Franky ShawFutrGroupI can personally attribute over $20k/mo of additional monthly income to Josh and the team at Executive Stride with their LinkedIn strategies alone. If you're not working with them I don't know what you're doing.
Stephen GomesRealtor Media LeadsGetting leads is fantastic, we have a small team and actually had too much coming in and I had to reel it back a little bit, which is a good problem to have.
Jacob SherrardElvt Marketing SolutionsSince working with Josh and his team at Executive Stride for three weeks, we have been able to book 35 qualified leads and closed 11 leads by using their LinkedIn system

Google Ads for Med Spas: questions, answered.
Anything else, ask us on the call.
- Do Google Ads work for med spas?
- Yes, for treatments people actively search, which is most of the injectables and laser menu. It works less well for things nobody knows to look for, where Meta does the discovery and search catches them afterwards.
- How much do med spas spend on Google Ads?
- It depends on how many clinics are bidding in your radius, which varies enormously by city. We set a starting budget from your treatment prices and typical patient value on the strategy call, and we report on booked consults rather than clicks.
- Should I put prices in my ads?
- Not per-unit prices. Say what a first visit involves and that the exact number comes from the injector. Hiding the question entirely costs you the click, and quoting a number you cannot stand behind costs you the consult.
- Google Ads or Meta ads for a med spa?
- Search catches decided patients and costs more per click. Meta creates demand for treatments people have not considered and costs less. Most clinics that can only answer one channel properly should start with search.
- Who answers when the front desk is with a patient?
- That is the whole problem with this channel, and it is why we put an AI receptionist on the phones, the texts and the Instagram DMs at the same time as the ads. It answers in seconds, books into your software and hands anything clinical to your provider.
