Facebook ads for coaches

Facebook Ads for Coaches

Facebook ads for coaches fail in two places: the calendar fills with people who cannot buy, and half of them do not turn up. We build the campaign around one offer and one audience, then an AI agent qualifies every lead on your criteria before the slot is held and keeps working on the no-shows so your best hours are not spent on empty calls.

Example call conversation between Leo, an AI assistant for Clarity Leadership, and a lead named Maya.

  1. Leo (AI): Hi, is this Maya? This is Leo, an AI assistant calling for Clarity Leadership. You just downloaded our leadership guide. Do you have two minutes?
  2. Maya: Oh, that was fast. Sure.
  3. Leo (AI): What made you grab the guide today?
  4. Maya: I just got promoted to director. I'm managing 12 people for the first time.
  5. Leo (AI): Congratulations. The coaching program runs six months and is an investment. Is getting support this quarter something you have budget for?
  6. Maya: My company has a development budget, yes.
  7. Leo (AI): Perfect. The next step is a 45-minute discovery call with the coach. Thursday at 12:00 PM or Friday at 9:00 AM?
  8. Maya: Thursday at noon.
  9. Leo (AI): You're booked. I'll text you the link and a short questionnaire so the call is all about you.

Booked: Discovery call, Thursday, 12:00 PM, 45 min with the coach.

Offers

Offers that get the right prospects to raise a hand.

The offer is the ad. We pick one per campaign, test it against a second, and keep whichever books more appointments.

  1. 01

    Free training on one outcome

One session, one result, a date and a time. Run it live while you are learning, because the questions people ask in the chat become next month's creative.

  2. 02

    Call straight from the ad

Works when the ad names exactly who it is for and who it is not for. Skip that part and you will spend your week on calls that were never going to close.

  3. 03

    Audit, scorecard or tool

Something that gives them an answer and gives you their situation in writing. The qualifying is done before the call starts.

  4. 04

    Paid entry workshop

A small ticket price cuts the list hard and lifts the show rate. Buyers behave differently from people who signed up for something free.

After the click

From ad to booked in minutes.

Ads only pay when someone books. This is what happens to every lead, at 2 PM or 2 AM. It's our speed to lead system on AI appointment setters.

  1. 1

    Form with real questions

Three to five questions about where they are and what they are working on. Fewer leads on purpose, and the ones you get are worth calling.

  2. 2

    Reply in seconds

An AI agent texts in under 2 seconds, confirms the seat or offers call times while they still remember signing up.

  3. 3

    Qualify on your criteria

What they are trying to change, where they are now, whether they can act on it, and when. The agent asks what you would ask in the first two minutes.

  4. 4

    Booked, reminded, rebooked

It holds the slot, reminds with a message that asks for a reply, and offers a new time to anyone who misses, which is where most coaches lose the call.

Creative

Angles we test first.

Real people and real work beat stock photos. We produce the rest with AI and ship fresh creative every week, before the old ads wear out.

  • Teach one thing

Sixty seconds on camera teaching something usable. Phone quality is fine. The lesson is the hook, not the production.

  • The post that already worked

If an organic post earned comments for free, it is the cheapest thing you can test. Start there before writing anything new.

  • Who it is not for

Naming who should skip this filters the calendar better than any extra form question, and the people who stay trust you more for it.

  • Behind the work

What a session actually looks like, so the discovery call is not the first time they see how you operate.

Before you launch

Rules we build around

  • Income and results claims are what get coaching ads rejected and ad accounts restricted. Show the work and the process. If you name a result it belongs to one real client, with their permission, and you say plainly that it is not what everyone gets.
  • Meta's personal attributes policy rejects copy that asserts something about the person reading it. Write about the problem and the work, not about them.
  • Qualifying questions cost you lead volume on purpose. Judge the campaign on calls that happen, not on cost per lead, or you will optimize your way back to a full calendar of the wrong people.
  • Consent for texts is on the form, the agent says it is an assistant for your business, and it hands off to you whenever someone asks for a person.

Calls and texts only go to people who opted in on your form. How consent works.

What we report on

What your Meta Ads report shows.

Booked appointments first, then the numbers that explain them.

01
Cost per lead
The number Meta shows you. Useful, but only the first line of the report.
02
Speed to first contact
Seconds from form submit to the first call or text. This is where most Meta leads are won or lost.
03
Contact rate
The share of leads who actually pick up or reply, which tells us whether the form is collecting real people.
04
Cost per booked call
Ad spend divided by calls on your calendar. The number we optimize toward.
05
Show rate
Booked calls that happen. Reminders and rebooking from the agent move this more than anything.
06
Revenue per ad dollar
Closed revenue you report back against spend, once deals start closing.

I don't usually do testimonials for people but we've been able to generate a tremendous amount of additional monthly income with Executive Stride. Their team is super supportive and basically hand you results on a silver platter.

I can personally attribute over $20k/mo of additional monthly income to Josh and the team at Executive Stride with their LinkedIn strategies alone. If you're not working with them I don't know what you're doing.

Getting leads is fantastic, we have a small team and actually had too much coming in and I had to reel it back a little bit, which is a good problem to have.

FAQ

Facebook Ads for Coaches: questions, answered.

Anything else, ask us on the call.

Do Facebook ads work for coaches?
They work when there is already an offer that converts on calls you book yourself. Ads scale what is working; they do not fix an offer nobody wants. If your organic calls close, paid traffic is the obvious next step.
How much should a coach spend on Facebook ads?
Enough to get a readable number of booked calls per week, which depends on your price and your close rate. Start from what a client is worth and what you can pay for a call that shows up. We set the test budget with you rather than publishing a figure that fits nobody.
Why do my ad leads not show up to calls?
Usually because hours passed between the form and the first contact, and because nothing asked them to confirm. A text in the first minute, a reminder that asks for a reply, and an automatic offer of a new time to anyone who misses will change the show rate more than any change to the ad.
Should I run ads to a webinar or straight to a call?
Straight to a call if your offer is simple and your price is moderate. A training or workshop first if the offer needs explaining or the price is high enough that people want to see you work before they talk to you. We usually test both against each other rather than guessing.
Can I use client results in my ads?
With their written permission, and with honest framing about what is typical. Specific stories about the work hold up. Screenshots of revenue numbers get accounts restricted and attract people shopping for a number rather than for coaching.
