Build the voice agents, automations and custom AI tools our clients run their businesses on.
About the role
You'll build the systems our clients pay for: AI voice and SMS agents that answer and book calls, the workflows behind them, and custom tools that take busywork off a team. Most of it runs on StrideOps, our own platform, so you'll also help shape the product itself.
What you'll do
- Design, prompt and test voice and SMS agents for real businesses
- Build integrations with CRMs, calendars and the tools clients already use
- Ship custom automations, internal tools and dashboards
- Read real call transcripts and improve agents week over week
- Work with Sales and Client Success to scope builds and hit launch dates
- Contribute features and fixes to StrideOps
What we're looking for
- Strong TypeScript or Python, and experience shipping production code
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt design and tool calling
- Bonus: voice AI (real-time speech pipelines, telephony), Next.js, Postgres
- You use AI coding tools like Claude Code and Codex every day and know their limits
- You care whether the thing you built actually books calls, not just whether it runs
